Return window

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the product page.

Eligible return reasons

  • The item arrived damaged.
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The product is materially different from the description or photos.

Items that cannot be returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and worn jewelry may not be eligible for return unless there is a quality issue or fulfillment error. Customized, used, damaged-by-customer, or final-sale items may also be excluded from return eligibility.

Return shipping cost

If the return is caused by our mistake or a confirmed product issue, we will help arrange the most suitable solution. If the return is requested for personal reasons, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or wrong items

Email us with your order number, photos of the item, photos of the package, and a short explanation of the issue. Please keep the packaging until the case is reviewed.

Refund timing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing usually takes 5-10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.
